BioAuxilium acquires an EnVision® Multilabel Plate Reader with TRF laser excitation technology

BioAuxilium has purchased an EnVision Multilabel Plate Reader with a high energy laser for time-resolved fluorescence (TRF). The TRF LASER delivers an extremely sharp and short excitation pulse at 337 nm. This feature allows the development of TR Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (TR-FRET) assays with superior signal-to- background ratios and Z’-factor values.
