High performance sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay designed for the semi-quantitative detection of Human and Mouse Phospho-STAT3 (Y705) in cell lysates. The assay uses the advanced THUNDER® TR-FRET technology and a matched antibody pair specifically optimized and validated for TR-FRET. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet.
